Trevor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Automize, a software development venture focused on helping entrepreneurs Automate, Systemize, and Optimze their businesses and lifestyles and who’s clients include Zappos, multiple New York Times best selling authors, and Inc. 500 companies.

He has been featured on Forbes, Newsweek, Mashable, and is widely considered as one of the top young entrepreneurs in the world.

Trevor is also the founder of Maverick Entrepreneurs, the outlet of his passion, which is focused on changing the way entrepreneurship is taught in colleges and high schools with an overall mission to directly inspire and assist young entrepreneurs start new companies that create $25 billion in new revenue over 30 years and give back $100 million to budding entrepreneurs around the world

Mauch played college baseball for Oregon Institute of Technology. He plays a major role in Gloves Off Sports, llc through his entrepreneurial intuitiveness, business knowledge and amazing skill set. We owe Trevor everything for his role in going out of his way to make this company a success.

Howard Morris

Senior Oversight Adviser

(Hall of Fame Player & Coach)

Howard played football at Linfield College where he was All Conference and All District two times; 1st team All American in 1958; Most Inspirational Player all three years at Linfield; finalist for the Oregon Athlete of the Year at the Hayward Banquet of Champions. He was voted into the NAIA District Hall of Fame in 1966.

Howard was Athletic director at the Oregon Institute of Technology for over 30 years and was voted Coach of the Year in wrestling in 1969, Coach of the Year in baseball in 1980 and 1981, and NAIA District 2 Administrator of the year in 1989. In 1991 he was inducted into the NAIA Coaches Hall of Fame and in 1996 was inducted into the NAIA National Hall of Fame. Not to mention the multiple other Hall of Fames in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, Linfield College Hall of Fame, and Crater High School Hall of Fame to name a few more.

Morris is somebody we turn to for advice in all aspects of sports and players. His knowledge of the game and those who play it goes far beyond anybody else we could call upon. We are honored to have Howard as an adviser.

 

Keith Mitchell

Professional Athletes / Business Adviser

(Former NFL Player; Entrepreneur and Fitness Expert)

Keith is a former linebacker in the National Football League who played for the New Orleans Saints, the Houston Texans and the Jacksonville Jaguars between 1997 and 2003.

In spite of his collegiate success at Texas A&M, Mitchell was not selected in the NFL draft because of concerns over his lack of bulk. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints and found immediate success with that club, appearing in 79 consecutive games during 5 seasons with the team, and making 60 starts over his final 4 seasons (in which he averaged 93 tackles and 4 sacks). His Saints career was highlighted by a 2000 season where he recorded 6.5 sacks, had 2 defensive touchdown returns, and was named to the NFL Pro Bowl.

Keith is currently not only a health, fitness and yoga expert, but he is also a well rounded entrepreneur. Mitchell is an adviser for us in athlete relations, charity/non-profit and business related issues. He is about as great as a person can come and undoubtedly a person we feel very lucky to know and be able to share ideas and work with.

Harry Mauch

Business /Athlete Alumni Adviser

(Former Professional Baseball Player & Coach; Business Owner)

Harry played with the Seattle Mariners and the Oakland Athletics. He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 15th round of the 1978 amateur draft. Harry was also a professional baseball coach for a period of time.

Mauch has been in the construction equipment rental business now for over 26 years running and growing 3 successful construction equipment rental stores in Southern Oregon, before venturing out on his own almost 20 years ago with Power PaC Rentals.  He’s one of the most knowledgeable people in the construction rental industry is one of the best small businessmen in the state of Oregon.

Harry is on the Board of Advisers to help in both business strategies and professional alumni’s. He made the very first investment in Gloves Off Sports, llc and continues to be a vital player in most all success that this company has.

Caleb Tommasini

Financial Adviser

(Former NCAA D1 Athlete; Credit Suisse Investment Banker)

Caleb is a former NCAA D1 baseball and football player from the University of Oregon. He has both Private Equity and Hedge Fund experience and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Tommasini is currently a Credit Suisse Investment Banker. He is our trusted adviser for all financial planning. When we say trusted, we truly believe that we can trust him more than anybody else out there with our financial issues. Caleb is a one of a kind person and we are more then happy to be able to tap into his knowledge.

Mark Cruz

Political Adviser

(Pepperdine University & Brown University)

Mark received his Political Science Degree from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing his masters at Brown University in Rhode Island. Mr. Cruz is very knowledgeable in both politics and law. He has worked with Fox News on several occasions and also on capitol hill in Washington DC for a period.

Cruz is our political adviser. We couldn’t have a better person to chat about these issues with.

Stephen Tromblee

Professional Athlete Services Adviser

(Professional Baseball Player: Currently with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim)

Stephen is currently playing professional baseball for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was drafted in the 35th round of the 2011 draft.

Tromblee is one of our advisers to help us keep up with the trends and know exactly what the players want and what is going on in the minor league clubhouses. He is a vital piece to Gloves Off Sports success in keeping up with the ever changing athlete.

James Nygren

Professional Athlete Services Adviser

(Professional Baseball Player: Currently with the Miami Marlins)

James Nygren is a right handed pitcher out of Henley High School in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Following high school James attended Western Nevada Community College for the fall before signing with national powerhouse, Oregon State University. In four years at OSU he appeared in 63 games in both the relief and starting pitcher roles. He finished his collegiate career with an outstanding record of 11 wins and only 4 losses as a Beaver. In Nygren’s senior season he was a team captain and posted a 3.47 ERA along with 55 strikeouts and a complete game. He is an overpowering pitcher with a heavy 90 mph+ fastball.

Nygren was selected in the 33rd round of the 2011 MLB First-Year Player Draft as the 1003 overall pick by the Miami Marlins.

Amy Lynn Grover

Entertainment and Fitness Industries Adviser

(Fitness Expert, Model, Actress)

Amy Lynn Grover has been working her body her entire life, she started dancing, skiing and snowboarding by the time she when she was able to walk.  She played sports such as volleyball and basketball, did track & field, ran long distances and swim team, she figure skated, did gymnastics, trapeze and silks in circus school.  She lives for the challenge and the thrill from the doing the “work”.

Amy’s appreciation of the physical body and expressing herself through movement lead her into a very successful modeling and hosting career (she started at the age of fifteen).  Amy Lynn has been me on the covers Playboy, American Curves, Brava Inside Fitness, featured in 944, UMM, Rockstar, Muscle Magazine, Muscle News, a slew of calendars, web advertisements, catalogues, billboards, the face of Extreme Fitness campaign, and she hosted 3 seasons of Get Out (a traveling extreme adventure TV show) on HD Network. >>>Continue Reading Bio…
