Bio
Jake graduated from Auburn University in 2010 with a degree in journalism. Since then he’s worked as a copy editor for a local newspaper and is currently the Assistant Editor for a business magazine, Water Technology. Before that Jake worked on Auburn Universities newspaper and was the assistant sports editor for The Plainsman in 2007 and 2009. Jake also worked with the Auburn Media Relations Department from 2008-2009. During the summer of 2010 he was a Media Relations intern for the Tampa Bay Rays Rookie League team, the Princeton Rays in Princeton, W.V. Jake also writes in two different blogs. One is an MLBlog called Braves and More (Jake is a huge Atlanta Braves fan.) The other one is called Jake’s Sports World. He says he is constantly looking for ways to get involved in the sports industry and get his message and views out to as many people as possible.
