Bio

Amy Lynn Grover has been working her body her entire life, she started dancing, skiing and snowboarding by the time she when she was able to walk.  She played sports such as volleyball and basketball, did track & field, ran long distances and swim team, she figure skated, did gymnastics, trapeze and silks in circus school.  She lives for the challenge and the thrill from the doing the “work”.

Amy’s appreciation of the physical body and expressing herself through movement lead her into a very successful modeling and hosting career (she started at the age of fifteen).  Amy Lynn has been me on the covers Playboy, American Curves, Brava Inside Fitness, featured in 944, UMM, Rockstar, Muscle Magazine, Muscle News, a slew of calendars, web advertisements, catalogues, billboards, the face of Extreme Fitness campaign, and she hosted 3 seasons of Get Out (a traveling extreme adventure TV show) on HD Network.

When Amy made the move from Toronto to LA she truly found her passion. Being in front of the camera Amy always had to look her best, but her true calling was being camera ready, living a healthy lifestyle and enjoying all types of exercise, Amy loves to share her knowledge and expertise with others.

She’s a yogini and has been practicing for over sixteen years now. Amy completed her teacher training and advanced training (300YRT) at the White Lotus Yoga Institute in California, with gurus Ganga White and Tracey Rich (Sting’s yoga teachers). She is a CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine personal Trainer), power plate certified, a fitness nutrition specialist and a practicing Reconnective Healer.

Amy believes in healing from the inside out, a healthy mind will help attain a healthy body, she doesn’t believe in quick fixes such as diet pills or fad diets.  She is an avid adrenaline junkie, and loves to spend her time outdoors and doing challenging activities like hiking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, spinning, skydiving.
